1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. During checkout, simply enter your delivery address and you will see the available shipping options and rates for your location.


2. How long does shipping take?

Our fulfillment process takes approximately one week before orders are shipped. After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are:
United States – up to 10 business days
Canada – up to 10 business days
International orders – up to 3 weeks, depending on destination and customs

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or courier delays.


3. How can I track my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive this number via email. By clicking the tracking link, you can easily follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.


4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if your product is defective, damaged on arrival, or if you received the wrong item. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

If you need to request a return, please contact us at tipishop13@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the item so we can review your request quickly.


5. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, customers are responsible for paying return shipping.


6. Do you test on animals?

No. Beautelle products are cruelty-free. We do not support or engage in animal testing.
